interview and hire top talent from our communities

coach and develop pioneers within our company

teach pioneers about products, processes, and best practices

maintain cleanliness and organization of both store and yard to ensure a safe environment for customers and pioneers

collaborate effectively with other managers to problem solve, share best practices, and identify product “winners” to bring to all stores
