    Job Title: Quick Lube Store Manager Company: Speedy Lube LLC Location: Hemet, California Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses

    Job Summary

    Speedy Lube LLC is seeking an experienced, high-energy Quick Lube Store Manager to lead our fast-paced automotive service center in the city of Hemet, California. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive shop management, a deep understanding of quick-lube operations, and exceptional leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, mentoring a high-performance team, and ensuring every customer receives world-class service. This is a hands-on role requiring active leadership both in the customer lounge and the service bays.

    Key Responsibilities

    Daily Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, workflow management, and strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

    Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and coach technicians and advisors. Create weekly work schedules that balance optimal staffing coverage with labor budget targets.

    Financial Performance: Drive store profitability by increasing sales volume, promoting add-on preventative maintenance services, and managing operational expenses.

    Customer Relations: Build guest trust and rapport, resolve client complaints quickly, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

    Inventory & Maintenance: Manage inventory control, including product ordering, receiving, and waste oil disposal tracking according to environmental regulations. Maintain shop cleanliness and curb appeal.

    Bay Support: Step into the service bay to assist technicians with routine preventative maintenance, vehicle testing, and oil changes during peak traffic hours when necessary.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in automotive management (dealership, tire center, repair shop, or quick lube facility).

    Skills: Strong understanding of cash handling, point-of-sale systems, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and OSHA safety policies.

    Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to manage employee dynamics and client relations effectively.

    Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, endure repetitive bending/reaching, work in a shop environment, and operate standard lube tools.

    Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
