Responsibilities: • Create a workplace culture that is consistent with SpinXpress goals and identify the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees • Manage and improve operational practices • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations • Provide oversight and direction to all team members in accordance with SpinXpress Policies and Task List • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding • Empower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedback • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment • Maintain employee work schedules including training, call-ins, and managing overtime hours • Maintain daily transparent communication with Senior Management • Manage the overall operational budget of stores and achieve GOP goals • Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously Qualifications: • Managerial experience is highly preferred • A strong history of retail or food industry experience is required • History of achieving and consistently exceeding professional goals • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you • A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?" • Customer empathy. You empathize with customers and seek to solve problems from their perspective • Your schedule is flexible and will be willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 base + bonuses
