This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching a team, and wants to be rewarded for growing a business.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations including check-ins and check-outs • Drive membership and package sales • Coach and motivate your team to hit performance goals • Manage schedules, inventory, and operational tasks • Resolve customer concerns professionally • Maintain safety and brand standards • Build relationships in the local community

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years leadership experience (retail, service, or pet industry preferred) • Strong sales mindset and comfort with KPIs • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to coach and hold a team accountable • Organized, reliable, and comfortable using technology • Passion for pets and commitment to safety
