Now Hiring: Starbucks General Manager South Florida $55,000 – $60,000 + performance bonus

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Starbucks General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Lead, hire, train, and develop team members

Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality

Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs

Drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence

Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer-first mindset

Financial and operational knowledge

Ability to manage multiple priorities
