    🌴 Store Manager – Tropical Smoothie Café

    We’re on the lookout for a reliable, motivated, and growth-oriented Store Manager to lead our vibrant Tropical Smoothie Café team.     As Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance, and foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional service. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding your team, many of whom are teens and young adults, to reach their full potential.

    💼 Core Responsibilities

    Operations Management

    Oversee all café functions including customer service, inventory control, staffing, and waste reduction

    Maintain cleanliness and order across café, patio, back-of-house areas, walk-in cooler, and freezer

    Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health code compliance

    Ensure equipment is properly maintained and all supplies are well-stocked

    Team Leadership & Development

    Create and manage weekly staff schedules while adhering to labor budgets

    Interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members with a focus on retention and engagement

    Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to a team of teens and young adults

    Delegate tasks effectively and follow up to foster accountability and growth

    Lead by example through consistent professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to guest satisfaction

    Communication & Relationship Building

    Maintain open and effective communication with café staff, owners, customers, and vendors

    Respond to customer concerns and feedback with empathy, patience, and professionalism

    Cultivate a respectful and supportive environment where all team members feel heard and valued

    Administrative Duties & Compliance

    Review sales data, labor reports, and inventory to make informed business decisions

    Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with brand expectations

    Collaborate with the owners on goal-setting, café promotions, and strategic initiatives

    Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and business growth

    Reliable transportation for punctuality and operational coverage

    Flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and some holidays

    Previous leadership experience, preferably in food service or hospitality

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure

    Ability to manage, motivate, and connect with a diverse team
