The Role Toledo Tire and Auto Care is a multi-location automotive service company with over 100 years of history in Toledo — and a very clear vision for where we're headed. We're looking for a Location Manager to lead one of our high-volume service locations. This is a people-first leadership role with real revenue responsibility. You will own the culture, the performance, and the guest experience at your location. You'll lead a team of technicians and service advisors, run structured daily and weekly rhythms, hold people accountable with clarity and care, and drive the sales results that keep the business growing. Responsibilities: What You'll Actually Do • Lead, coach, and develop your team every single day — not just manage tasks • Drive location sales performance by coaching your team on consultative, integrity-based selling • Run daily huddles, weekly meetings, and monthly one-on-ones with your people • Own your location's KPIs: revenue, productivity, guest satisfaction, and team attendance • Identify talent gaps and help build the next generation of leaders within your location • Uphold and model our culture of integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement Qualifications: What We're Looking For You don't need automotive experience. You need leadership experience — and a proven ability to build a team that sells. We want to hear from you if you've successfully led a sales-driven team in retail management, restaurant management, hospitality, healthcare operations, logistics, or any environment where performance, people, and customer experience all live under one roof. Specifically, you bring: • 3+ years of team leadership in a results-driven, sales-oriented environment • A track record of coaching people to sell — consultatively, not aggressively • The ability to read sales data and use it to lead better conversations with your team • The ability to hold standards without apology — and still have your team's respect • Strong communication skills: up, down, and across an organization • A coachable mindset and a hunger to grow • Integrity is a non-negotiable, not a policy Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 yearly
