    Full job description:

    YOUR ROLE

    As the full-time Store Manager, you are the CEO of your store! First, you are very fashionable and love the latest styles and trends in women’s apparel and accessories! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner/operator who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training. You are a pro at making tough, strategic decisions to drive your business. You constantly deliver operational excellence, and your store is always proudly providing Clothes Mentor brand standards. Most importantly, you bring your REAL self to work each day!

    We are a locally owned company! You will partner directly with the owners so no more HR dept. hassles, stressed-out District or Regional Managers, or “Corporate”.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    You have a passion for driving results: You are an expert at driving sales and purchasing inventory by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through best-in-class guest experience. You’re entrepreneurial-minded and you create, manage and own your store’s business plan to meet KPI goals.

    You are a business brand innovator: Because you own the controllable elements of your store’s P&L, you are skilled at analyzing reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions in order to achieve store financial goals.

    You’re a people leader: You’re passionate about recruiting, hiring and retaining a high performing team. You’re an advocate for your team’s development, you encourage your team to pursue internal opportunities, and you always have a succession plan in place to ensure career path for all associates. You take pride in developing leadership through store leadership development training, performance feedback, individual development plans and quarterly performance reviews.

    You understand how successful teams work: You champion a culture of teamwork accountable to brand recognition by establishing and communicating goals, holding your team accountable to brand standards, and celebrating and rewarding outstanding performance daily.

    Your store provides exceptional Clothes Mentor brand standards: You ensure your store consistently maintains Clothes Mentor brand visual, merchandising and inventory selection processes. You are the epitome when it comes to floor sets, merchandise adjustments and inventory intake and your team always has a clear understanding of their role in marinating a consistent “Guest ready” store.

    Workforce management is a priority : You realize that maximizing your business requires a well-organized and strategic schedule! Evaluating customer traffic and payroll metrics, you’re able to make scheduling adjustments to meet customer service and inventory intake need. You’ll ensure payroll is aways in check and you’re leveraging your top talent to deliver an amazing Clothes Mentor experience to our guests.

    Integrity is in your blood: You demonstrate integrity when making compensation decisions, you ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards and you follow Clothes Mentors policies and procedures, always doing the right thing.

    YOU’RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

    · You LOVE fashion and are very fashionable and can easily recognize current styles, trends and brands of women’s apparel and accessories.

    · You’ve successfully led functional teams in a retail management role.

    · You can multi-task and have attention for detail, setting priorities and time management strengths.

    · You understand how to lead and develop teams and fully understand state and federal employment law.

    · You possess a track record of effective communication and customer service management.

    · You have a strong business acumen.

    · You are familiar with understanding business reporting and know how to use the information to drive sales and inventory acquisition.

    · You understand flexible availability – you’re available when our store is busiest!

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INFORMATION:

    · Starting base pay compensation package is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, proven retail success, fashion expertise and knowledge, and overall fit for the position.

    · Compensation package includes base salary plus monthly performance bonuses, quarterly performance bonuses and discretionary incentives and bonuses.

    · Subject to eligibility requirements, employees may receive health care benefits, 401k plan, PTO, product discounts, etc.
