Our Store Manager in Training program focuses on the key competencies and skills needed to be a successful leader at CVS Health. This self-paced 16 week paid program with on-the-job training opportunities is built to develop individuals into a full time store manager. You will earn about inventory, merchandising, financial management, employee staffing, training, and development while working with a purpose to deliver results.

Candidates must be enrolled or graduated from an undergraduate college or university. Students must be of Senior standing status and purusing a degree in a Business or Liberal Arts curriculum. Candidates who have 2-year community college equivalent credit hours in Business or Liberal Arts curriculum plus 2+ years of previous retail experience will also be considered.
