Job Overview:

As an In-Store Sales & Lead Associate, you will be the face of our brand inside Walmart, ensuring a welcoming customer experience while managing day-to-day store operations. You’ll work independently, greet customers, provide product/service information, and collect quality leads. This role blends customer service, store management, and sales support in a friendly and professional environment.

What you’ll do:

Open and close the store each day and maintain a clean, organized display

Greet and engage with customers, providing information about our products/services

Collect customer leads accurately and professionally using the provided forms/tablets

Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure the booth is presentable

Report daily leads, customer interactions, and store activity to management

Ensure smooth daily operations and follow company procedures

Build rapport with customers through friendly communication and problem-solving

Basic qualifications:

Reliable form of transportation

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred

Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable initiating conversations

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with lead collection or sales outreach

Bilingual or multilingual abilities to better assist diverse customers
