About the Role:

101 FUN PLUS LLC is a Toy Store in Las Vegas. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Associate to join our team in the heart of Las Vegas, NV! This is your chance to be part of a fun, fast-paced retail environment where every day brings new excitement and opportunities to connect with customers from around the world.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional shopping experience

Drive sales by recommending products and upselling to meet individual customer needs

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash handling and card payments

Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean retail environment

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

Support promotional events and in-store displays to maximize product visibility

Requirements:

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Basic math skills and comfort with cash handling and POS systems

Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
