Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing store team through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by analyzing business results and implementing action plans.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
- Oversee store operations, including safety, cleanliness, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Create and manage work schedules that maximize productivity and customer engagement.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Promote employee engagement through recognition, development, and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Build relationships within the local community to support marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Manage store performance metrics and operate within established budgets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading retail teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
- Flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
