Responsibilities: • Generate leads by actively engaging in door-to-door canvassing and leveraging personal connections • Cultivate and nurture relationships with homeowners, providing regular updates and maintaining open communication • Participate in all sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and enhance sales skills • Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to door-to-door sales techniques, lead generation, and retail bidding processes • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and seek assistance when necessary Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales preferred • Proven track record of successful sales experience or ability to learn and be trained • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and quotas • US Work Authorization • Live in Minnesota or are able to relocate prior to starting Compensation: $75,000 - $400,000
