Job Summary The Executive Sales Assistant plays an integral role in the back-office, organizational, and customer service support for the Storm Guard location. The Executive Sales Assistant answers, routes, and addresses all incoming communication. Executive Sales Assistant's are responsible for the day-to-day activities, including collaborating with all departments, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other documents. This may involve formatting, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy.
In addition to these administrative functions, the Executive Sales Assistant works closely with owners and management in a support capacity. It’s important that the Executive Sales Assistant be detailed and highly organized, experienced with web-based customer relationship management systems, sales quoting software, and can work independently and confidently, and has an infectious disposition towards customer service and office synchronicity.
