Entry Level Exterior Constuction Handyman/Repair Associate
As an Exterior Construction Handyman/Repair Associate, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing various exterior residential home issues including, but not limited to, roofing, siding, painting, and gutter systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver solutions that meet our high standards of quality. You will also be responsible for setting up and closing down jobsites, placing material orders and making material runs. For the right person, this position can lead to advanced opportunity for increased compensation through identifying new customer needs and driving additional repair revenue around jobsites.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of exterior building components to identify damage or wear
Perform repairs on a variety of exterior surfaces, including roofing, siding, and gutters
Utilize a range of hand and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely
Match materials and colors to existing structures for seamless repairs
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while on job sites
Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication about repair processes and timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Manage and organize job schedule
Set up and take down jobsite after completion of project
Accurate count and maintenance of tools
Qualifications:
General handyman or similar type of experience of repairing things
Working knowledge of roofing, siding, gutter and wood trim repair techniques would be a plus, but not necessary.
Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Ideal Skills:
Measuring tools, linear and angles
Handheld power tools
Power cutting tools
General handheld tools
Ability to tow and back-up/maneuver a 14-foot trailer
