Job Description

This individual will be joining a local roofing and construction company backed by a national brand that is growing at a rapid pace. This position will entail canvassing targeted neighborhoods and setting qualified appointments for our sales representatives to follow-up on and complete free roof/ property inspections. These appointments are used to educate homeowners on their options for filing insurance claims and getting the repairs their homes need. If you are available to work in the afternoon/ evenings and motivated to have direct control over your daily income this position would be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• Ability to canvass in the afternoons/ evenings and potentially Saturday for 2-4 hours.

• Appointment setting and sales experience is preferred, but not required. Training and coaching will be provided.

• Neat and professional appearance

• Must have reliable transportation

• Cell phone required for canvassing app and team communication

• Must have a clean driving record and criminal background check.

Compensation/ Benefits

• $10 per hour and $25 per inspection set. A typical day would be canvassing 2-4 hours and setting 1-3 inspections.

• 1% gross commission on completed jobs generated by your inspections
