    Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + Incentives

    About the Role

    Join a water-focused engineering firm, to advance critical stormwater infrastructure projects. You'll work on planning, design, permitting, and construction support of stormwater systems, helping communities manage flooding, runoff, and water quality.

    You'll collaborate across disciplines, serve as a technical lead, and participate in business development and client engagement, helping to grow the stormwater practice.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering

    • 5–10 years (or as required) of stormwater or hydraulic engineering experience

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress

    • Proficiency in hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software (e.g. HEC-RAS, SWMM)

    • Experience preparing stormwater reports, permitting (e.g. stormwater permits), drainage design

    • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

    Preferred:

    • Master's degree in related field

    • Demonstrated business development, proposal writing, or client relationship experience

    • Knowledge of low-impact development (LID) practices, green infrastructure
