 // ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEIVABLE

JOB TITLE: AP / AR

REPORTS TO: CFO

JOB STATUS: Full-time

// SUMMARY

We’re in need of an AP / AR person who can champion their tasks, collaborate well with others and enjoy working in our casual, fun-loving family-oriented environment.

// RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Prepare and disburse invoices to clients

·         Process accounts payable including coding invoices to general ledger accounts

·         Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the client

·         Reconcile transactions with statements.

·         Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.

·         Offer creative budget, cash flow and other financial solutions as needed.

·         Allocate payroll details

·         Post incoming checks to accounting software

·         Review expense reports and record reimbursements and advances from personnel

·         Collaborate with the CFO, accountants, and other finance department members to maintain company financial health.

·         Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

// REQUIREMENTS

·         3+ years of experience as AP / AR 

·         Experience in multi-business environment preferred

·         Experience with Bill.Com and Expensify.com preferred

·         Expertise in MS Excel

·         Expertise with QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online

·         Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases

·         Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

·         Results and solution oriented

·         High attention to detail and confidentiality

·         Ability to function and collaborate well with others in highly creative environment
