    Storylines is searching for a Resident Relations Assistant whose main focus is to support our Customer Success Team that serves our valued residents. These residents include a  community of world travelers who will be living on our private residence ship. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be patient and understanding, calm and confident, and work well with the sales and marketing teams.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Follow our established SOP to nurture relationships and ensure that current and future residents are contacted promptly and professionally.
    • Communicate with future residents on a regular basis with any updates, announcements, notices for projected milestones and general communications.
    • Welcome and communicate incoming residents’ needs, requests, questions or requirements to the team.
    • Make sure all information gathered from future residents has been entered into our Customer Relationship Management system.
    • Gather any missing but necessary client information. 
    • Ensure that future residents' transition to their new residence is as smooth as possible.
    • You will also act as a liaison for the new resident to assist them through the entire move-in period. 
    • Coordinate the completion of the residence, which includes but is not limited to, assisting the resident with design selection, coordinating requested upgrades/changes, and following up in a timely manner with any questions they may have.
    • Exceptional customer service and follow-up for each future resident.
    • Oversee the brochure mailing program, welcome packet mailing program, and future resident gift program. Ensures the correct inserts are sent out in specific brochures.
    • Developing relationships with new depositors and creating a transition plan for each.
    • Review residence floor plans with future residents  and assist in logistics and planning.
    • Schedule move-in and coordinate with department heads.
    • Maintain knowledge of all communication with prospective customers.
    • Communicate with the sales team of any issues that arise after the deposit, including maintaining an at-risk report to be sent weekly.
    • Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers using the customer relations management system.
    • Track each prospective resident from the initial deposit through the move-in.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of the community’s unique selling points, including benefits and services.
    • Communicate with future residents regarding notices for projected milestones, updates, and move-in dates.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Experience in Customer Service, VIP Concierge 
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to lead and work within a team
    • Ability to build genuine and lasting relationships with high net-worth individuals
    • Assertive, confident, and positive communicator
    • Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
    • CRM Experience (Hubspot or SalesForce for example)
    • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace or Office 365

    PREFERRED 

    • Experience in Cruise, Hospitality or Luxury Travel industries
    • Proficient in multiple languages is a plus
    • Hubspot proficient
    • 2 years of college in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
