We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open-house properties in the area. This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and measuring homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real Estate License Compensation: $20+ hourly

    • Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
