Responsibilities: • Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels • Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated • Assist in marketing as it relates to recruitment and team expansion Qualifications: • Develop new concepts based on input • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Compensation: $55,000+
