We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement and accountability for goals. Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/centre of influence. Responsibilities: • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Manage all competitor, customer and market research • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material • Set aggressive sales goals with the sales team • Be a helping hand in preparing budgets • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies Qualifications: • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader • Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000+
