Responsibilities: • Develop and identify new business opportunities • Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Plan and direct sales team training • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting • Set aggressive sales goals with the sales team • Be a helping hand in preparing budgets • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies Qualifications: • Proven organizational and planning ability • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader • Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000+
