    Position Summary:

    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for helping to define the strategic direction of Stratasan’s revenue generating activities and overseeing their successful execution. He/she will lead the sales, marketing and customer success departments, and help to further develop a winning culture characterized by high performance, accountability, a metrics-orientation and operational excellence.  

    We are a fast growing organization. Depending on the candidate’s prior experience, the definition of the role could change in scope.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead, mentor and develop sales, marketing and customer success teams, focused on landing and growing profitable customer relationships.

    • Optimize sales performance through refinement of hiring, training, compensation plans, sales processes and procedures.

    • Lead and implement an account-based GTM strategy focused on alignment among teams and the coordination of efforts to attract and close key accounts.

    • Fortify the organization's culture through coaching, mentoring and otherwise strengthening the team's ability to deliver and exceed expectations.

    • Define and meet targets that are based on weekly activity, monthly and quarterly results within an annual plan and be involved in setting and revising the plan, as necessary.

    • Focus on accountability metrics including upsell and cross-sell within existing clients.

    • Create an ecosystem of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance and goals to measurable results.

    • Cultivate a high-performance, revenue-driven environment.

    • Act as an outward facing leader who will often speak externally with customers or at events/conferences

    You're a great fit if:

    The COO will be a proven leader with a relevant Healthcare and SaaS background who has expertise scaling a company to $25+ million. He/she will have a track record of owning and rapidly growing revenue-generating activities. A successful candidate will likely be a seasoned enterprise sales leader who has assumed additional responsibilities in customer success, marketing and operations. This person will possess broad-based business acumen and understand how to drive profitable growth. The COO will bring an operational mindset focused on metrics, KPIs and accountability

    Specific qualifications and experience include:

    • Significant experience in building and leading national sales teams.
    • Enterprise sales experience with one or more successful SaaS and/or healthcare IT companies.
    • Experience owning customer success, and marketing 
    • Proven track record selling into hospitals and health systems  
    • Proven experience designing and managing an Account Based Revenue strategy.
    • Proven experience managing a partner ecosystem consisting of both referral and reseller entities.
    • Strong background in the design and implementation of sales plans from the ground up; developing and delivering account planning strategies, and leading and managing these processes with client services and other lines of business.
    • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to attract, develop, retain and motivate a team. 
    • Desire and capability to actively manage team makeup by objectively evaluating team talent and taking appropriate actions based on performance and potential.
    • Proven ability to develop strong strategic growth plans and to drive successful execution 
    • High level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought.
    • A history of defining ambitious goals and establishing priorities to ensure results; manages projects, activities and resources effectively.
    • Demonstrated capability to think deeply and quantitatively about business challenges, breaking down problems and presenting solutions.
