Want to design the ultimate education solution for 1.5 Billion English learners around the world?

Our client is a Silicon Valley-based fast-growing startup with the powerful artificial intelligence technology that detects pronunciation accents. They are on a mission to help people to speak English with confidence and empower them to reach their potential.

As a Product Manager, you will receive mentorship from a senior PM team and have a responsibility to lead a cross-functional team (designers and engineers) to launch new features in an agile product development environment. Elsa has offices in Silicon Valley (USA), Lisbon (Portugal), and Saigon (Vietnam). Opening in Tokyo (Japan) soon.

Responsibilities

• Drive features from conceptualization to launch and post-release iterations.

• Develop the long-term vision for the company’s enterprise product – you are will be a key driver of planning, strategy, and product innovation.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design throughout the product development process.

• Work closely with customers to design efficient, creative solutions for users' problems.

• Own growth KPIs. Work with BD, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to achieve company growth targets.

• Work with a remote team (located in Silicon Valley, Portugal, and Vietnam)

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) - MUST be understandable at all times via the phone! 

• Passion for growing an education product in an international audience

• Strong ability to lead a full-stack engineering team to ship products

• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods (UX wireframes, information architecture, swim lanes)

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude)

• Experience working with remote teams; experience working as a full-time member of a fast-paced product company

• Bonus points: proficiency in Japanese or Vietnamese
