This company is redefining how global enterprises build, automate, and scale mission-critical workflows. With explosive product momentum and widespread enterprise adoption, they are expanding their Strategic Sales organization and hiring a California-based Strategic Account Executive.

    What You Will Do

    • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across multiple industries

    • Run a balanced book consisting of expansion-ready accounts and high-value net new opportunities

    • Prospect, build pipeline, and win deals through both inbound and outbound efforts

    • Build deep relationships with senior executives, technical leaders, and cross-functional decision makers

    • Construct detailed account plans, identify expansions, and unify use cases across departments

    • Drive multi-stakeholder cycles with CIO, IT, procurement, security, and departmental leaders

    • Present a compelling multi-use-case platform vision that scales inside large organizations

    • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close while coordinating legal, SE, implementation, and leadership resources

    • Educate customers on the value of an AI-native platform and demonstrate high-impact workflow transformation

    • Model complex business scenarios and illustrate how teams can collapse tools, automate operations, and move faster

    • Manage high-volume communication with clarity, prioritization, and executive presence

    • Deliver highly accurate forecasting through both deal-level and territory-level analysis

    Who You Are

    • 8+ years of quota-carrying SaaS experience selling into multiple industries

    • 6+ years selling into Enterprise or Strategic accounts

    • Consistent track record of exceeding quota across multiple quarters

    • Experience selling into centralized IT, procurement, and legal functions

    • History of closing six-figure ARR deals in competitive markets

    • Strong prospecting skills and disciplined account planning

    • Success selling into companies with 3,000+ employees

    • Ability to navigate senior-level conversations across C-suite, VP, and director levels

    • Consultative seller who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments

    • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills

    • Demonstrated ability to create significant revenue impact and deep customer relationships

    • Scrappy, resourceful, and capable of solving complex business problems creatively

    • Strong discovery skills and the ability to tell a strategic platform story that resonates

    • Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on mastery, learning, and continuous improvement
