    What You'll Bring to the Table

    • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including significant experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota (President's Club, top-quartile performance, or equivalent).
    • Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close.
    • Strong discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executive, technical, and business audiences.
    • Forecast-driven and process-oriented: comfortable with pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and deal inspection.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — we value consistent performance and results over credentials.

    You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be technically fluent and credible with enterprise buyers:

    • Enterprise SaaS fluency: Comfortable discussing security, compliance, integrations, and IT considerations.
    • CRM expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRMs.
    • AI & automation awareness: Practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows, LLM-powered features, and how automation drives business outcomes.
    • Security & compliance literacy: Able to speak confidently about data security, access controls, governance, and risk considerations.

    You Get Bonus Points With

    • Experience selling document management, workflow automation, or compliance-driven SaaS solutions.
    • Prior success closing six-figure+ enterprise deals.
    • Experience selling into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, legal, government, etc.).
    • Experience working closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success on complex implementations.
    • Based in Utah or willing to work with the team in the Lehi office (preferred, not required).

    What You'll Do

    • Own the full enterprise sales cycle. Prospect, qualify, and close net-new and expansion opportunities with enterprise customers.
    • Lead consultative discovery. Uncover business pain, operational inefficiencies, compliance needs, and success criteria.
    • Build and manage pipeline. Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline aligned to revenue targets and forecast expectations.
    • Navigate complex buying groups. Engage executive sponsors, economic buyers, IT, security, and operational stakeholders.
    • Deliver tailored demos & proposals. Partner with Sales Engineering to position Revver as a strategic solution.
    • Forecast with discipline. Provide accurate, timely forecasts and maintain clean CRM data.
    • Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive deal success and long-term value.
    • Set the standard. Operate as a role model for preparation, execution, and professionalism within the sales organization.
