    SUMMARY

    The Strategic Account Executive will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the MSP, IT and other professional staffing, and light industrial staffing areas. This individual will leverage consultative selling techniques to engage with decision-makers, understand their staffing challenges, and provide tailored workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing sales, a deep understanding of MSP models, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in the MSP/VMS, IT/professional staffing, and light industrial staffing sectors.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key client decision-makers, including hiring managers, procurement and/or HR leaders, and MSP program managers.
    • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess client needs and position Acro as a trusted staffing partner.
    • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and participate in proposal development efforts to secure new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Recruiting, Implementation, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting to leadership.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, workforce challenges, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies.
    • Represent Acro at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    ** Education**

    • Bachelor’s degree

    ** Experience**

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in selling any one of the following solutions: MSP, IT/professional staffing, and light industrial staffing.

    ** Skills**

    • Proven track record of successfully developing new business and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and ability to tailor solutions based on client needs.
    • Experience working within MSP/VMS environments and understanding of contingent workforce management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    ** DESIRED** QUALIFICATIONS

    ** Experience**

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in selling all of the following solutions: MSP, IT/professional staffing, and light industrial staffing, with at least one (1) year selling MSP solutions.

    • Frequently sits, walks, and stands.
    • May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a remote office environment.
    • The noise level in the work area is usually low.
