Description:
Responsible for selling assigned devices within a portfolio of cardiac diagnostic services to Health Care Professionals in the hospital and out of hospital setting.
- Develop and lead strategic sales initiatives within territory.
- Grow the market share of assigned products and achieve sales goals.
- Increase clinical education, awareness, and value of products.
- Build and execute a physician and institutional specific business plan that will increase account penetration and adoption.
- Develop and foster KOL relationships to leverage throughout the territory.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams at assigned accounts.
- Effectively manage budget and maximize all resources.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive landscape in products, accounts, and community.
- Lead and develop assigned Associate, to service accounts and drive business.
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years experience selling medical devices or pharmaceuticals in the hospital/institutional setting (CARDIOLOGY A MAJOR PLUS)
- Proven and documented sales success at assigned accounts
- Experience in consultative selling and changing clinical treatment plans
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize
- Ability to be the hospital setting every work day, with occasional evening and weekend hours
Compensation:
Base salary 130k, uncapped commissions paid quarterly, total earnings at plan is $230k and a guarantee. Plus, PTO, 401k, health/dental, car and technology allowance.
