    Description:

    Responsible for selling assigned devices within a portfolio of cardiac diagnostic services to Health Care Professionals in the hospital and out of hospital setting. 

    • Develop and lead strategic sales initiatives within territory.
    • Grow the market share of assigned products and achieve sales goals. 
    • Increase clinical education, awareness, and value of products. 
    • Build and execute a physician and institutional specific business plan that will increase account penetration and adoption. 
    • Develop and foster KOL relationships to leverage throughout the territory.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams at assigned accounts.
    • Effectively manage budget and maximize all resources.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive landscape in products, accounts, and community.
    • Lead and develop assigned Associate, to service accounts and drive business.

     

    Requirements:

    • Completed Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years experience selling medical devices or pharmaceuticals in the hospital/institutional setting (CARDIOLOGY A MAJOR PLUS)
    • Proven and documented sales success at assigned accounts
    • Experience in consultative selling and changing clinical treatment plans
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Highly organized and ability to prioritize
    • Ability to be the hospital setting every work day, with occasional evening and weekend hours

     

    Compensation:

    Base salary 130k, uncapped commissions paid quarterly, total earnings at plan is $230k and a guarantee. Plus, PTO, 401k, health/dental, car and technology allowance.
