** Position Summary**
A & Associates is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support national expansion of our Workforce Solutions services. While based in Dallas, this role will develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients across the country, supporting growth in staffing, security, payroll, and operational support services.
This is a revenue-focused position designed for a self-starter who can prospect, sell, and contribute to business development initiatives with minimal oversight while working in direct alignment with corporate leadership.
** Primary Responsibilities**
· Develop and cultivate new client relationships nationwide across public and private sectors.
· Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with A & Associates’ service offerings.
· Support and contribute to proposal development for national opportunities, including public sector and private clients.
· Partner with recruiting and operations teams to align service delivery with client requirements.
· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Build and maintain a national pipeline of qualified opportunities and target accounts.
· Assist in contract development, pricing discussions, and solution positioning.
· Support expansion of existing client relationships across multiple regions.
Represent A & Associates in networking, industry, and business engagement opportunities as needed.

** Qualifications**
· 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a B2B environment.
· Experience selling services such as staffing, workforce solutions, HR, payroll, insurance, consulting, or similar preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to prospect and build relationships from the ground up.
Exposure to proposal development, RFP responses, or structured sales processes preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
** Technical Proficiency Requirements**
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
· Experience using Salesforce for pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and reporting strongly preferred.
· Experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospecting and data platforms required.
· Working knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier preferred.
· Experience using CRM systems, proposal tools, and sales enablement platforms required.
· Comfort learning and adopting new business development technologies and software tools quickly.
** Performance Expectations**
· Build and maintain a national pipeline of new business opportunities.
· Support proposal efforts and client pursuits aligned with company growth strategy.
· Contribute to new account development and revenue growth initiatives.
· Strengthen A & Associates’ national presence through strategic relationship development.
** Compensation**
** Base salary range** : $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
Bonus opportunities tied to performance, contribution to revenue growth, and business development milestones.
