Position Title: Chamber President – Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce Location: Twin Cities North Region, Minnesota Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Reports To: Board of Directors Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience Mobile Allowance: $150/month Mileage Reimbursement: Per IRS standard Staff Development: Budget provided for ongoing education/training Paid Time Off: Flexible, tailored to individual needs

About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative, mission-driven, and visionary leader to serve as our next Chamber President. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in strategic leadership, community connection, and operational excellence. The President acts as the face of the Chamber—building relationships, guiding policy, managing finances, and inspiring positive change.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic, innovative, and hands-on leadership across all Chamber operations and programs
Serve as the public spokesperson and trusted advocate for the Chamber and its members
Develop and maintain the Chamber’s financial health, budget planning, and fundraising strategy
Advise on key public policies and lead economic development conversations with stakeholders
Strengthen member engagement through value-driven programs, educational events, and networking
Forge partnerships with government, educational, and community leaders to expand regional impact
Drive visibility and recognition of member achievements through media, events, and marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit leadership, or a related field (preferred)
Proven leadership experience in business, nonprofit, or Chamber environments
Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, public policy, and fundraising
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and public speaking
Familiarity with local economic development, business services, and chamber operations
Bonus: Digital marketing, public relations, and social media experience
