Job Description: Strategic Communications & Outreach Specialist
Position Overview
The Strategic Communications & Outreach Specialist supports the DHA OSBP by planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering communication products, outreach activities, stakeholder messaging, and external engagement strategies. This role enhances DHA's visibility with small business stakeholders and ensures consistent, compliant, and mission-aligned communication across digital platforms and events.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Development
Support the creation and maintenance of written communication products, including:
Develop, draft, and coordinate messaging for dissemination via DHA-approved websites, SharePoint, and social media channels.
Monitor industry and public-facing information platforms, ensuring timely posting of relevant content.
Website & Digital Content Management
Outreach Planning & Execution
Stakeholder Engagement Support
