Are you a Business Analyst who enjoys working with external customers? This company is a well-known SaaS product, and their Customer Success / Solutions team is hiring for a Business Analyst. This is a unique role in that you will have an opportunity to interface directly with external end users, and truly make an impact in their lives!

Ideal Skillset:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working for a software product company (ideally SaaS)
• Must be strong in understanding business needs, gathering requirements and translating these into technical specifications
• Strong documentation and written skills
• High attention to detail, with a diligent personality
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders - internal (Executive management, Project Managers, Product Team, Engineering) and external stakeholders (end users, Product Managers, Customer Support)
• Must be experience working in a Scrum / Agile methodology

Compensation includes salary ranging from $70K - $90K plus top-tier benefits. This position will be remote during this pandemic, but candidates must be local to Los Angeles and eventually be willing to travel locally within the Los Angeles area.
