Software Support / Technical Support Specialist wanted for stable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company located in the San Fernando Valley. During COVID-19 remote work will be possible, but this position will eventually be based onsite. This company provides software that is helping companies thrive during this remote workforce, so they are thriving!
This is an ideal role for Technical Support Analyst or Technical Support Engineer to get involved in a cloud-based SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience working for a software product company. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Preferred skillset includes: familiar with various software platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, or Zendesk. Experience supporting customers across North America, especially working early shifts is ideal.
Salary: ranges in the $50K-$70K range, plus top tier benefits. This is a full-time / direct-hire position.
