An International manufacturer and supplier of state of the art biotechnology products is looking for an Electrical Engineer for full-time, permanent hire. As a major brand in their field, this is an exciting opportunity to work within the R&D innovation group to help in the build-out of new and next generation products.

Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• OrCAD, Mentor Graphics or Altium circuit board layout tools. OrCAD preferred.
• Programming skills in any of the following languages: C, C++, Visual Basic, Pascal, HTML
• Experience in any of the following testing instruments: Digital Multi-meter, Power Meters, Oscilloscope
• Familiarity with any of the following CAD tools or others: AutoCAD, Solidworks, or DraftSight
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to work across inter-disciplinary teams such as mechanical and software engineering

Some job details:

• Work in a small team, hand in hand with the Manager of Electrical Engineering supporting R&D innovation
• Assist in the product development of an industry known bio-tech robotic system
• Generate circuit board schematics
• Carry-out layout requirements (circuit board layout skills is a nice-to-have)

Pluses:

• Electrical enclosure certifications and ratings such as NEMA, UL, IEC/IP
• Interest working in the life sciences industry
