Sr. Manager (Finance and Accounting) wanted for a cutting-edge tech startup on the cusp of going pre-IPO!

We seek a passionate hands-on Sr. Manager of Accounting & Finance. Be a strategic partner, using data to drive growth! In this role you'll partner across departments, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive smart decisions. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage audits, and ensure tax compliance, all with a keen eye for detail. As the company grows, so will your department and your skillset!

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in accounting and finance
• Strong public accounting background (CPA)
• Accounting/Finance degree (Master's/MBA a plus)
• Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory / leadership role
• Able to work on-site in San Jose, CA (Bay Area)

Compensation / Benefits:

• Salary ranges from $160K - $180K depending on experience
