About the Company:

A one of a kind financial company is looking to add a Software Development Manager to their team to work on a variety of custom solutions. This will give you the chance to lead and collaborate with a team to create and maintain next generation products. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days on site) 

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 (DOE)

Requirements:

• Experience in any object oriented language (Java/J2EE or C#/ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core)
• Experience or exposure leading and mentoring junior to mid-level developers
• Clear and effective communication skills written and verbal

Pluses:

• Any experience or exposure with Git, Jira, or Confluence
• Any experience or exposure with Node, Angular, React, or Vue
• Any experience or exposure with Spring, SpringMVC, or Hibernate
• Any experience or exposure to MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB
• Any experience or interest working with Cloud technologies - AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and a high attention to detail with regards to documentation
