Desired Skills:

• Composing and preparing software training videos
• Technical writing (software documentation and process documentation)
• Working directly with the marketing team and also promoting new IT system initiatives 

Pluses: experience or interest in creating policy and/or procedures, Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Visio
