Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage optimal recruitment workflow strategies from the initial sourcing stage through to hire for all-related Client Job Orders
- Lead and mentor junior {insert title of the opted title) to optimal delivery of workflows for Client Job Orders
- Function as lead point of contact for clients to ensure needs are met effectively and timely
- Foster, manage, and enhance relationships with existing and new clients
- Foster short and long term recruitment strategies for clients and internal recruitment staff
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct-hire agency recruiting experience
- 1+ year of software / technology recruiting experience
- Experience or interest in leading and mentoring a team
- Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong ability to prioritize daily workload
- Ability to adapt quickly to industry-related ATS, social media and recruitment platforms
