We are seeking an experienced litigator who has experience in eviction, landlord-tenant and lender defense cases from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Litigation, ability to mentor and assist Firm associates in trial preparation and have a thorough understanding of California Civil Procedures (ideally state and federal laws surrounding evictions, lender foreclosures).

Candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, depositions, hearings, trial, or trial preparation, as well as discovery.

Active membership in the California Bar/ Active license to practice law in California.

Bonus and commissions on work brought to the firm.
