    We are looking for someone to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator with 0-2 years of experience. This is a team-based role where you’ll work in a fun, collaborative culture of learning.

    As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll focus on supporting the Sales and Talent Engagement teams, providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of different technical roles in your geographic location.

    THE ROLE :

    • Passive talent outreach
    • Initiate communication between candidates and Account Managers
    • Apply optimal search techniques and methods to uncover top-tier candidates
    • Collaborate with the recruiting teams to understand needs of the business - support recruiters on niche/hard to fill roles as directed
    • Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and work on tactical research and sourcing campaigns
    • Learn and implement emerging sourcing strategies in the marketplace
    • Create social media and direct mail eMarketing campaigns to attract talent

    DESIRED SKILLS :

    • High level of written and oral communication, patience, and the ability to talk to people of various personalities or backgrounds
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Works well with a team and autonomy
    • Manages time efficiently and works with deadlines and speed
    • Possesses strong sales skills – ability to sell the roles, etc.
