A fast-growing financial services company is looking for a remote Engineering Manager to join their team. They are disrupting the financial services market by providing users with an innovative platform that gives you a new perspective on how you can manage your own finances. You'll dive into a hybrid role that involves hands on development and technical leadership to help provide direction for the build of out a next generation financial services platform!

Desired Skills Include:

• 7+ years professional experience working with Java
• Experience with Spring Boot and building microservices
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Comfortable using RestAPIs and working with relational databases
• Previous experience mentoring or leading teams

Salary Range: $150,000 to $230,000 (maybe more depending on exp) + 20% bonus + 401k w/ matching up to 5%!

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes 
• Experience with test driven development
