A leading SaaS company in the biotech space is looking to hire a Technical Lead for their SF or Pleasanton office. You will be tasked with providing technical direction to a small team of engineers to spearhead the next generation of their clinical suite of tools. You will be heavily involved in mentorship, code reviews, architectural 101 design sessions and some POC projects. The appropriate leader would have a previous background in C#, WebAPI and SQL.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, and managing teams
• Experience in code reviews, architectural 101 design sessions, and POC projects
• Relevant experience and interest in C#, WebAPI and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
  

Desired skills:

• Experience developing sites or applications using Angular, React or similar technologies
• Previous exposure to SaaS or highly scalable applications
• Experience or interest in implementing reporting solutions (Tableau, Domo, SSRS / Crystal Reports)
