A Smart-Energy startup west of Boston is looking to add a Product Owner on their growing team. This application is distributing the way hospitals, universities and other big buildings procure their energy and allows for drastic cost savings. The app allows companies to save up to 70% of their energy costs, and simplifies the process saving valuable time as well.
You'll be working cross functionally helping to improve the UI of their main platform. You'd be customer facing, helping to understand how they interact with the product and then creating user stories based on that data. You'll then be working with the UX designer, product manager and engineering team to build out component libraries, lead backlog refinement and take on some scrum master duties to ensure product timelines are being followed.
