  • Responsibilities

    A major residential property management brand is hiring a Property Accountant for its Philadelphia corporate office. You will play a key role in the financial health of the portfolio having oversight of a designated group of properties, ensuring accurate and timely accounting practices. In this results-oriented role, you will handle month-end close and generate reports, prepare accurate journal entries, manage the general ledger, record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare for audits, generate reports for lenders, and interact with third-party institutions, as well as assist with budgeting and financial projections of the property portfolio.

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in real estate accounting
    • 2+ years of overall accounting experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • Proficient with MSO Suite with an emphasis on Excel skills and any other related property management accounting software
