A freestanding ED is searching for a Clinical Manager. The perfect candidate would be a current ED RN with good tenure at a level 1 trauma center and teaching hospital that enjoys his/her time as charge. This candidate would be looking to make a move towards management without losing the pace / feel of the ED.
This is a full-time role that can pay 120k/year in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
- On-boarding / recruitment of clinical staff
- Provide initial and ongoing training for staff
- Scheduling & staff evals
- Keep ED running smoothly, helping staff where possible (this can include taking pts).
- Lead huddle as necessary
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an ED RN
- 2 years of experience as charge
- PALS or ENPC, and ACLS
