About:

We are working with a law firm who has been offering their expertise to their clients with diverse litigation and transactional cases for the past 35 years. They are now looking to grow their team and bring on an associate attorney to their employment litigation group. You will be responsible for discovery, depositions, and trial preparations. 

Requirements:

• Admission to California State Bar
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Experience with PAGA claims and defense of class actions (preferred)
• Trial and arbitration experience (preferred)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + bonuses
