This global nonprofit is looking for a Office Operations Manager. They've been in business for almost 25 years and provide consultative services for some of the most impactful social change leaders within philanthropy and the non-profit sector overall. This hire is integral to their on-site office management and administrative teams. You will assume executive assistant responsibilities in support of the Office Supervisor, along with operational support and office facilities management responsibilities. This is a full-time, hybrid on-site potion (3x/week) at their Boston office.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of direct administrative or program support to organizations and executives (3+ of those years in office management)
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new technology quickly
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
