A Biotech company that specializes in building lab automation products for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostic companies is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience providing on-site field service for equipment in the manufacturing or biomedical related domains.

Location= Franklin, MA

Desired skills:

• Previous experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products and equipment
• Experience providing on-site and remote support for customers
• Experience performing customer user training
• Willingness to travel globally (3 weeks at a time, sometimes) 

Bonus skills:

• Prior knowledge or experience working with cold storage systems
• Prior exposure to lab automation robotics or manufacturing devices
• Experience in the biotechnology domain
