We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Sourcer for our New York location.

This ideal individual will be responsible for engaging potential candidates for key clients. We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented sourcer to actively communicate with the sales practice team and to have the ability to prioritize team tasks. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!

Responsibilities:

• Finding resumes/profiles on various internet boards
• Calling and evaluating prospective job seekers (passive and active)
• Writing advertisements for certain requisitions, posting job opportunities, and maintaining job board advertisements
• Prioritizing and time managing all responsibilities

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• MS Office Suite
• Type proficiently and efficiently
• Job board experience preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Dice, etc)
• Internet search experience (any Boolean experience a plus)
• Communicating in a team structure and fast paced environment
